Working with the police, these subjects initially claimed to have operated loan sharks for a long time, with interest rates of up to 180% / year. In the last 3 months alone, this gang has lent to about 50 people in the amount of more than 3 billion dong, illegally earning hundreds of millions of dong.
According to statistics from the Economic – Environmental Police Team (Bien Hoa Municipal Police), from the beginning of 2020 until now, the Team has arrested and processed 11 cases with 25 subjects of usury.
