Mr. Dao Quang Minh, Director of the Phu Yen Fisheries Department, said that he had heard of hundreds of dolphins appearing in the waters of An Hoa Hai Commune. He said this is a rare phenomenon in the waters off Phu Yen, but not rare elsewhere and nothing unusual because the image shows that the dolphins are very healthy.
