Ha been investigated by the police body, the Ministry of Public Security has issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case and has an investigation conclusion proposing prosecution.

After the decision to withdraw, Ms. Ho Thi Kim Thoa left Party activities and went abroad.

The rape of Ms. Ho Thi Kim Thoa is very serious, has very serious consequences and negatively affects the reputation of the Party organization, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. In accordance with Politburo Regulation No. 102-QD / TW, dated November 15, 2017, on the sanction of violating party members, the Secretariat decided to enforce discipline in the form of exclusion from the Party.
