Considering the content, nature, level, cause of the violation and corrective action; In accordance with Party regulations on the discipline of Party members, the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline Mr. Le Trung Thanh and Nguyen Nam in the form of reprimand.
The Quang Ngai Provincial Economic Affairs Committee also decided to discipline Mr. Ha Van – Director of the Quang Ngai Provincial Land Registry Office – Son Tinh District Section with a warning.
According to the Quang Ngai Party Provincial Committee Technical Committee, from 2015 to August 2016, as director of Quang Ngai Provincial Land Registry Office – Son Tinh District Branch, Mr. Van directly verified 74 records; for subordinates to verify 24 documents and incorrectly confirm about the origin of land use to request the Son Tinh District Division of Natural Resources and Environment to submit to the Son Tinh District People’s Committee to issue a certificate of land use rights that are not in accordance with the law.
