In response, Vice Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Quoc Phuong said that the national digital transformation program is not only significant within state agencies, but also has important implications on a large scale, especially for DN.

“In the corporate restructuring process, the combination of technology and digital technology is an objective and urgent requirement to serve growth. This is a prerequisite for us to have resilience for growth. In the next period, if the number does not change over time, it may carry the risk of lag in the economy, so it is urgent to change the number, ”emphasized the Vice Minister of Planning and Investments.
Speaking about the specific steps of the national digital transformation program, Mr. Phuong said that after there are specific programs and projects to implement the Party Resolution and the National Assembly, the Government will take the appropriate steps for each. sectors and fields.
“The Ministry of Planning and Investments, in particular, has proposed to the Government to implement as of 2021 a program to support companies, especially small and medium-sized companies in digital transformation and business restructuring from the first year of mandate 5 next year to try to get Vietnamese companies to catch up with the strong trend of digital transformation, ”said Vice Minister Tran Quoc Phuong.
He also affirmed that digital transformation is also a condition for Vietnamese companies to link with each other, generate synergy, enable companies to develop and grow.
Three relationships in the transformation of numbers
VPCP President Minister Mai Tien Dung said that the actual number of countries is moving towards digital government, digital economy and digital society.
For this, in addition to having to fully resolve the three stages of institutionality, foundations and human resource training, three relationships must be managed.
First of all, e-government deals with the relationship of state administrative agencies. Currently, a connection has been established between the agencies of the Party, the National Assembly, and four levels of government (central, provincial, district and communal).
“We must connect electronically and digitize, keep information safe. Decree 45/2020 confirms the legality of electronic documents as valid as documents with fresh signatures. The times will not force people, companies to carry paper documents to and without scanning papers. With digitization, state agencies must also digitize the files, ”emphasized the Minister.
He also said that since May 2018, VPCP has implemented paperless VPCP, instead of keeping records on paper, it is stored electronically.

Second, according to Minister Mai Tien Dung, the government or state agencies should manage relationships with people and businesses through public services, administrative procedures in an electronic environment.
