Specifically, this vehicle was produced and assembled in 2005 in Vietnam, but the information in the inspection file is manufactured in 1990 in Russia. Registrar Liu is the person who made the wrong registration and should be responsible for this.
Previously, on November 8, driver Using Mi Qua (SN 1985, in Quan Ba, Ha Giang) drove a U oat car with BKS 23A-071.95 on his way to the Nho Que river in Dong Van city, (Dong Van , Ha Giang) has fallen to a depth of about 40 meters. In the car there are 6 tourists from Da Nang.
