Mr. Ngo Van Phat is also famous for being rich. Mr. Phat is also a person who has many charitable activities, contributing money for the construction of a new field in Thai Binh.
Besides the magnificent villa in Hai Phong, Ngo Van Phat also owns a similar building in his hometown (Nam Hung commune, Tien Hai district, Thai Binh).
After arresting Mr. Phat and his accomplices, on September 8, the Hai Phong police searched the houses and workplaces of the subjects. Since the afternoon of August 8, Mr. Phat’s villa on Le Hong Phong Street had many navy blue cars and the police were present to search. The search took place around the morning of September 9.
