The investigation process has prosecuted 39 suspects, including 2 defendants belonging to the investor, 5 suspects from the project management board, 13 suspects from the supervisory consultant, 19 suspects from the construction contractors, including Thom, Ha, Minh (pack 2) and Hai. , Tien (pack 6).

In addition to liability for irregularities related to items built by Truong Son Construction Corporation, Mr. Hiep is also jointly liable for errors related to construction items by the joint venture contractor. Public package number 2.
