Prior to that, on August 28, the Thai Nguyen Province People’s Court brought defendant Hoang Van Chin (SN 1976), a resident of Son Phu Commune, Dinh Hoa District, Thai Nguyen Province, to trial in first instance for “murder”.

According to the indictment, on the morning of December 26, 2019, Hoang Van Chin was a drug addict. After a conflict with his wife, he cut up his wife and ran away from home. Along the way, he consecutively cut 5 people who were relatives, relatives, and neighbors.
As a result, Chin’s wife and three other victims died at the scene and two seriously injured were taken to the emergency hospital. Then 1 more victim died in the hospital.
After committing the crime, Hoang Van Chin fled to Tea Hill near his home. However, after only about 4 hours of the siege, the police force arrested this person.
