At approximately 3:30 pm on November 30, 2020, the doctor’s treating family announced that the patient had dilated pupils and could not receive treatment and was recommended to bring Mr. H. back to the post.
According to the victim’s son, after the incident took place until Mr. H.’s death, initially a person named Nguyen Khoa Vu visited the hospital, begging his family not to sue and accept compensation.
However, after that time, the oriental medicine clinic suddenly changed its attitude, not willing to compensate, but challenged to bring the law.

After Mr. H. was burned and died, Mr. Vu said that he had borne all the costs of the treatment, returned to Phu Yen to work as a colleague, and agreed to compensate an additional 600 million VND for spiritual damages to the victim’s family. .
Mr. Vu said that at first the deal was completed, but by the date of the first payment appointment (300 million VND), Thuy and his family did not accept.
Thuy sent a complaint to the police, Mr. Vu said he wanted to extort money.
In response to Mr. Vu’s information, the victim’s daughter confirmed that there was no way for the clinic to bear all the costs for Mr. H.
