At the Ea Nam commune police station, this young man declared his name Ho Tan Minh (21 years old, resident of Phu Loc commune, H. Krong Nang, Dak Lak). Searching Minh’s body, the police seized 2 pepper spray, 1 electric whip, 2 knives, 100 grams of chili powder, and many tools related to stealing dogs.
