At noon on September 29, sources from the Dak Lak province police confirmed that the police had invited Mr. Pham Dinh Quy (a professor at Ton Duc Thang University) and Mr. Hoang Minh Tuan (a resident of the district from Cu Kuin, Dak Lak province). Ready to work.
According to initial information, the Dak Lak Police invited Pham Dinh Quy and Mr. Hoang Minh Tuan to work for their role in the libelous case that the agency prosecuted on September 19.
The Dak Lak province police said that in the process of working with Mr. Quy and Mr. Tuan, the police agency followed the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The case is currently still under investigation.

Regarding the above incident, Mr. Pham Dinh Phu (from Binh Thuan), his brother Pham Dinh Quy, sent a request for help to the Ho Chi Minh City Police, the Dak Lak Province Police and various agencies, departments and branches.
In the request for help, Mr. Pham Dinh Phu submitted that the family learned that at 6:00 p.m. on September 23, Mr. Pham Dinh Quy and his wife were eating on D1 street near the University Ton Duc Thang when they were immobilized and taken away.
On the morning of September 24, Mr. Pham Dinh Phu went to the Ho Chi Minh City Police and met with his wife Pham Dinh Quy. After that, Mr. Quy’s wife was released.
Mr. Pham Dinh Phu said that so far he has not received any official notification from the police.
