Before that, on the afternoon of December 18, the CSDT Tien Hai Police Department (Thai Binh Province) also issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the defendants and order the arrest of 3 subjects, among them: Hoang Tien Dat (usually called “little” Dat, 29, who lives in group 9, Bu Xuyen neighborhood); Nguyen Ngoc Tot (often called Tot “four”, lived in group 7, Tran Lam Ward); and Dang Duy Hoai (often called Hoai “Mam”, who lives in Tam Lac village, Vu Lac commune), who are also in Thai Binh city, for “disturbing public order”.

Through collected testimonies and investigative documents, on December 15, the Thai Binh City Police Department ordered an emergency arrest against Nguyen Van Cuong and two young men, Vu Thanh Vinh (26 years old, who lives in the village from Tong Van, Vu Chinh Commune, Thai Binh City) and Bui Duy Khanh (19 years old, living in Phu Thu Village, Vu Hoi Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province) to investigate the behavior intentional damage to property.

The Tien Hai police also summoned and arrested the group of suspects in the assault on Mr. Lap to investigate acts of intentionally causing injury and public disorder. The arrested subjects were nicknamed Dat “tý”, Tot “four” and Hoai “mam”, all of them were young close to Cuong “Du”.

Currently, the cases are being investigated and handled in accordance with the law.
