Container trucks carried many deadly motorcycles on Nguyen Van Quy Street, District 7 – Photo: VL
According to initial information, around 1:20 p.m. on March 5, the above container truck ran on Nguyen Van Quy Street towards District 7 (the section at the foot of the Phu My Bridge), when it reached the district section of Phu Thuan. 7, suddenly crashed on the edge of the road.
The heavy blow caused a man (in his 30s) and many motorcycles to be trapped under the container truck. The man died on the spot.
According to witnesses, after the incident, the driver quickly got out of the car and left the scene. At the site, many motorcycles were lying down, damaged, and the container truck was also distorted.
Upon receiving the news, the functional forces of District 7 were present to examine the scene, divide the traffic flow and investigate the cause of the accident.
