The Ministry of Public Security has just issued a statement indicating that the investigating security agency has transferred the case file related to Mr. Nguyen Duc Chung to the VKS for processing.
On November 20, the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Public Security concluded the investigation of the “seizure of secret state documents” in Hanoi and transferred the entire file to the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The Supreme People to prosecute the crime of “appropriation of secret State documents” provided for in Article 337 of the Penal Code, against 4 defendants:
The Nguyen duc chung, born on August 3, 1967, former president of the Popular Committee of the City. Hanoi; residing at Trung Liet Street, Trung Liet Ward, Dong Da District, City. Hanoi;
The Pham Quang manure, born July 16, 1983, former police officer; with address at CT1- Eco Green Apartment, Nguyen Xien Street, Tan Trieu Commune, Thanh Tri District, City. Hanoi;
The Nguyen hoang trung, born July 28, 1983, Secretary Editor; reside in building T2, Grand City Apartment, 3 Luong Yen, Bach Dang District, Hai Ba Trung District, City. Hanoi;
The Nguyen Anh Ngoc, born May 20, 1974, former deputy director of the Editorial Secretariat; residing in Ai Mo, Bo De Ward, Long Bien District, City. Hanoi.
The conclusion of the investigation was sent to the accused by the Investigations Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security and transferred to the Supreme People’s Prosecutor’s Office for their prosecution.

Major General To An Xo, a spokesman for the Ministry of Public Security, said that Nguyen Duc Chung was suspended from work to clarify responsibilities related to the three cases.
