As a result, 3 people travel by motorcycle, including Mr. Le Van Son (SN 1971); Messrs. Nguyen Minh Tuan (SN 1988) and Duong Van Hung (SN 1975, together in Phu Tho) were injured; Mr. Do Khanh Hoa (1980, Thanh Ba District, Phu Tho Province) died.
At the scene, all vehicles were seriously damaged. Through inspection, authorities determined that driver Hung had an alcohol concentration while driving a van at the time of the accident.
