Previously, this force searched an apartment in the urban area of Royal Park, Thuy Van Commune, Huong Thuy City, and discovered 24 items illegally possessing and using drugs. These subjects were between 19 and 40 years old, living together in Hue city, Huong Tra city, Quang Dien district of Thua Thien – Hue province and some from Nghe An. This apartment is rented by Nguyen Viet Sang ( SN 1990; lives in Truong An neighborhood, Hue city).
At the time of the inspection, the police seized more than 6.7 grams of ketamine and more than 0.1 grams of ecstasy. At the same time, 26-year-old Phan Van Phuc, who lives in the Huong Chu neighborhood of Huong Tra city, rented a room managed by Sang. Seeing that the object had many suspicious signs, the police conducted an inspection and found that Phuc had 5 ecstasy tablets with a volume of more than 1.9 grams and more than 0.49 grams of ketamine. By quick test, all 25 subjects and 5 employees here are positive for drugs.

Initially, Sang claimed to rent an apartment in Royal Park, then renovated the rooms, equipped with tools and means for tenants to use drugs to earn money.
