Local police said the accident happened on the road early in the morning. A pickup truck collided with a tractor and then collided with a car going in the opposite direction in Phu Du City, Jilin Province.

In 2017, 18 people were also killed and 21 injured in an ongoing accident in Fuyang City, Anhui Province, China. Authorities said at least 30 cars collided on the road in Fuyang city.
