“The restaurant is only renovated, not demolished. Most of the visitors here accept this option, because there is a place to stop and enjoy the scenery. The owner of the restaurant has also obeyed not to fix the accommodation here” Mr. Quy said .

Architect Pham Thanh Tung, head of office for the Vietnam Association of Architects, who attended the meeting to discuss plans to repair and renovate the Panorama restaurant in March, said that he had stated that the architectural view of the Panorama restaurant building should low, reducing the number of floating floors, maintaining a single story and tile roofs.

In addition, Mr. Tung proposed to Ha Giang Province to build a plan for the stops all over Hanh Phuc Street, to stimulate local tourism and avoid incidents like the past.

Therefore, he proposed to keep the entire structure, just change some materials to adapt them to the landscape. You will also use motifs and patterns appropriate to the local ethnic culture to decorate the restaurant. There will be many trees and flowers around the site.
