At 9:00 p.m. on September 26, the Supervisory Board car: 29Y – 6653 bound for Thai Hoc – Co Bi, arriving at Phu Da Village (Hong Khe Commune, Binh Giang, Hai Duong) , collided with 4 motorcycles that were going in the opposite direction.

Immediately after receiving the news, the police force was present at the scene, quickly investigating and clarifying the cause of the accident.
Hai Duong General Hospital also dispatched more than a dozen nurses and doctors to the scene to help bring the victims to the emergency.
The identities of the injured victims include: Pham Van Do (SN 1991), Bui Xuan Dat (SN 1997), Bui Van Quang (SN 1991), Bui Van Tinh (SN 1987, same Vinh Hong commune, Binh Giang); Vu Van Thong (SN 1993), Bui Dinh Phai (SN 1993, the same district of Tien Lu, Hung Yen); Nguyen Duc Giang (SN 1993, in Tri Trung Commune, Phu Xuyen District, Hanoi), Mai Van Hung (SN 1994, in Thanh Hoa City) and an unidentified victim due to multiple injuries, loss of consciousness.
The case is being investigated and clarified.
