According to the initial investigation, although she was divorced, Ha repeatedly suppressed her feelings, wanting to get back with his ex-wife, NTD (31 years old; living in Dien Ban city), but Ms D flatly rejected her. Exasperated, Ha went to buy chemicals and poured them into a plastic can that was meant to hit D’s sister.
Around 7:00 am on December 18, Ha borrowed a friend’s car, put on a fake license plate, and ran to a gas station in the Dien Nam Trung neighborhood (Dien Ban city) to wait for his ex wife.
When she saw Ms D. riding her children to school, Ha followed her, throwing prepared chemicals in her face, causing the victim to fall out of the car and injure her eyes.
After completing the project, Ha ran away, Ms. D. was taken to Da Nang Eye Hospital for emergency. Through the initial injury assessment, Ms. D. suffered 32% of her physical injury. Currently, the police have sent an inspection form to determine the chemical that Ha uses.
