Article 155. Crime of humiliating other people

2. By committing the crime in one of the following circumstances, the offenders will be punished with prison terms of between 3 months and 2 years:

d) Against persons in official functions;
dd) Against people who teach, nurture, care for and cure their diseases;
e) Using computer or telecommunications networks or electronic means to commit crimes;
g) Cause mental and behavioral alterations of the victim from 11% to 45%.
3. Committing the crime in any of the following circumstances, the offenders will be sentenced to between 2 and 5 years in prison:
a) Cause mental disorder and behavior of the victim to 46% or more;
b) Provoking the suicide of the victim.
4. Offenders may also be prohibited from holding certain positions, exercising certain occupations, or performing certain jobs for between 1 and 5 years.
