The bank where the blatant robbery took place
Bui Van Tinh, chairman of the People’s Committee of Vu Binh commune, Lac Son district, said the theft occurred around 11:30 am on October 29 in Bank Agribank Lam Hoa Branch, Lac Son District.
At that time, a man in his 30s and 40s who was driving a red motorcycle, wearing a red helmet and a blue raincoat entered the transaction counter. At this time, the branch had no people coming to transact and only 2 officers and employees remained.
When he went to the transaction counter, this man pulled out an object like a gun and pointed it at 2 bank employees and asked them to put money in his pocket that he had already brought. However, because the bandit asked for more money, 2 bank employees entered the warehouse and then closed the door and did not leave.
Functional forces come to investigate and clarify the bank robbery
Seeing that, the thief took the money at the transaction counter (the customer’s money to make the transaction) and then drove the motorcycle into the center of the Lac Son district.
Immediately after the incident occurred, the authorities and local authorities were present at the scene to verify, investigate and arrest the author of the bank robbery. Through the count, the amount stolen is about 200 million dong.
Currently, the Lac Son District Police and the Hoa Binh Province Police are organizing to arrest the person who caused the blatant bank robbery.
