According to the initial investigation, on November 15, Ms. Chi hired 6 people from Ba Ria – Vung Tau to Long An Commune, H. Long Ho (Vinh Long) to find and arrest her daughter Vo Thi Thuy Hang (29 years old, living in District 3, HCMC) returned. At 10:00 am on the same day, this group was present at the Tam Giao Coffee Shop (An Hiep Village, Long An Commune) of Tran Ngoai Giao (Ms. Hang’s husband).
