According to initial information, around 8:00 p.m. on August 8, Pham Tuan Hung (45 years old), Nguyen Manh Cuong (35 years old) and Nguyen Cong Manh (28 years old, living together in H. Dong Phu) organized a drink. While drinking, Hung called Huynh Van Vinh (38 years old) to resolve the earlier conflict between Hung and Vinh.

After that, the two met in front of the door of Ha My Industrial Cluster (Hamlet 4, Tan Lap Commune) to resolve their conflicts. After that, Hung brought a BB gun with Manh, Cuong was taken to the meeting place. Vinh also and his group of friends drove a motorcycle to carry weapons to the meeting place.
Upon arrival, Vinh used a weapon to attack Hung’s group. As the two groups fought, Hung used a carry-on air pistol and fired at the two fighting groups, leaving Manh, Cuong, and Lai Van Long (Vinh’s friends) seriously injured. Shot, Vinh’s group fled the scene.

After that, Manh, Cuong, and Long were taken to the emergency room at Cho Ray Hospital (HCMC). However, on the morning of September 9, Long died in the hospital. Cuong and Manh alone are still being rescued in a seriously injured state. Pham Tuan Hung went to the police station to confess.
Currently, Pham Tuan Hung has been criminally detained by the Binh Phuoc province police to continue investigating and clarifying the case.
