In Binh Phuoc, 3 subjects surrendered who beat a student and led him to death.
The murder case of a student took place at 5 pm on November 12 in Phuoc Long town, Binh Phuoc province.
The victim of the beating death was identified as a NTD (18 years old, student at Phuoc Long High School, Binh Phuoc).
Three subjects involved in the murder case, including Nguyen Thanh V., Pham Hong Th, Chu Van T (born 2003, living in Long Thuy neighborhood, Phuoc Long town) surrendered on November 14.
It is known that, after hearing the news of D’s death, the 3 escaped, but he was mobilized by his family to surrender.
Before that, at 5:00 pm on November 12, D. had just finished school and was going home when the group Nguyen Thanh V, Pham Hong Th and Chu Van T told him next to the Phuoc Long Court that to talk to.
When he got to the rendezvous point to build the car, V was quick to use his hands and hard objects to continually hit D on the head. When another friend came to stop him, V’s group left.
D went with his friend for coffee and took his sister home when she complained of continuous dizziness and vomiting. The family took D. to the medical center and then transferred her to the Binh Phuoc Province General Hospital for emergencies immediately.
However, the doctor diagnosed that D. was brain dead, so the family took him home, until around 10:30 p.m. the same day, he passed away.
Currently, the Binh Phuoc Police have prosecuted the case and are conducting investigative activities to clarify the case.
