Mr. Biden delivered a national speech at 10:50 pm 6-11 (10:50 am 7-11 Vietnam time) at the Chase Center in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware.

Biden is currently leading with 253 electoral votes, while Trump has just 214 of the 270 votes required to declare victory in the 2020 US presidential election, according to Edison Research.

Radio CNN Citing above, the source said that Biden’s team of assistants is closely monitoring voting updates to prepare in advance for his evening address on 6-11. If it is possible to win 20 electoral votes from Pennsylvania, Biden will exceed the 270 needed to declare victory.
