On September 25, the Provincial Congress of the Party Bac Ninh Session XX, 2020-2025 period, held the election of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and 48 people were elected to the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
New Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Bac Ninh Party, Dao Hong Lan
On the afternoon of the same day, at the First Meeting of the Party Committee of Bac Ninh Province, period XX, 15 people were elected to the Standing Committee and elected titles. Provincial party secretaries and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the period 2020-2025. Consequently, Ms. Dao Hong Lan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee during the 19th term, was elected as Secretary of the Twentieth Party Committee with 100% of the votes.
Two recently elected undersecretaries of the Provincial Party Committee are Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang (Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Bac Ninh) and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chung (Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council). The Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee is Mr. Ha Sy Tiep.
Ms. Dao Hong Lan (SN 1971) is a teacher in economics. In April 2018, while she was Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Politburo and the Secretariat appointed Ms. Dao Hong Lan as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Bac Ninh Party. From December 2014 onwards, she was Deputy Head of the Office and then Head of the Office of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Deputy Director of the Department of Social Security.
