In April 2020, Mr. Hau and Ms. Thoa continued to be re-elected to the Executive Committee of the P. Le Hong Phong Party Committee for the term 2020 – 2025 and were nominated for leadership positions.
Considering that the presentation of Mr. Hau, Ms. Thoa for re-election and then being introduced to the leadership positions of the ward is not correct, Mr. Pho filed a complaint against Mr. Vu Xuan Lieu, Secretary of the Committee of the P. Le Hong Phong Party, Irresponsible and unqualified promotion.
On the morning of June 18, Mr. Pho had a working session with the Inspection Committee of the Thai Binh Party on the above complaint. On the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Pho was beaten while taking his two children home from school.
