The new decision, signed by the vice president of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Vo Van Hoan, aims to adjust part of the content of Decision 4764 of December 29, 2020 of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee on the plan of implementation of Resolution 1111.
According to the above plan, the organization and arrangement of the Party agencies and the unions will take place before January 18.
According to the new decision, the organizational arrangement is divided into 3 phases.
State 1, from January 1 to February 7, 2021, strive to complete the arrangement, handover and stability of the organization of the apparatus, the Party organization staff, the Vietnam Homeland Front Committee, the main organizations of masses Social governance, state administrative agencies and central vertical organizations are classified. Put into operation the apparatus of the city of Thu Duc on February 7.
Phase 2, from February 7 to May 23, will continue to consolidate the organizational structure and personnel after having and preparing the necessary conditions for the election of deputies to the National Assembly. XV and members of the Popular Council at all levels for the period 2021 – 2026.
Stage 3, after the May 23 elections, continue to improve the organization of the post-electoral apparatus; basic completion of the plan for the provision of a contingent of cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees.
At the same time, formulate and issue a momentous decision on decentralization and authorization for the People’s Committee and President of the People’s Committee of the city of Thu Duc, helping to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the management and administration activities of the city of Thu Duc. . .
The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee also established a task force to address emerging issues led by the Department of the Interior.
