According to the Lam Ha District FPD, the incident was discovered on November 17 by the local forester while patrolling and protecting the forest. This area is the forest stand of the Lam Ha Protection Forest Management Board. After the discovery, the Lam Ha Forest Protection Department divided the suspect into zones and organized an inspection.
On November 20, 1.55 m3 Eucalyptus wood of the same type in the cafe of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuyen (born 1966, in R’Hang Tru village, Phuc Tho commune, Lam Ha district).
According to initial testimony, the above wood was purchased by BMT’s Mr. Tuyen, 38, from the same village. In particular, Mr. Tuyen is the leader of the group hired to protect the forest at TK 249, where a number of old trees have just been destroyed.
