Given the information that some airlines will increase domestic flights starting April 16, the Vietnam Aviation Administration said that airlines can only open tickets after obtaining the license.
The Vietnam Airlines Department has sent an urgent shipment to the airlines: Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Jetstar Pacific Airlines, Bamboo Airways in the plan to operate domestic routes from April 16-30.

The document stated that, continuing with the strict implementation of the Prime Minister’s Directive 16 on urgent measures to prevent and control Covid-19, the Department requested that airlines only be allowed to open and sell flights during the period of 4/16 after obtaining the Department license.
Additionally, airlines must submit a flight permit application for the period 4/16 to 4/30 today for review and consideration by the General Department.
A few days ago, some Vietnamese airlines said they would deploy domestic flights from April 16. Detailed flight schedules have been posted on the website and information to the agency’s channels.
Proposal to extend social isolation for another week ‘to protect achievement’
The Deputy Director of the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology believes that Hanoi is implementing a very good social gap and that the proposal should be extended for at least 1 week.
