12 new cases (BN1289-1300) are immigration cases, isolated in Khanh Hoa province (2 people), Ho Chi Minh City (6 people), Hai Duong province (4 people). Specifically:
– DISEASE 1289 (BN1289): male, 21 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Phuc Tho district, Hanoi.
– DISEASE 1290 (BN1290): female, 41 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province.
On 11-11, BN1289-1290 from Russia entered Cam Ranh Airport on flight VN5062, isolated in Khanh Hoa province immediately after entry.
Taking samples for the first time on 12-11, the test result was negative; Taking samples for the second time on November 16, test results on November 17 at the Khanh Hoa Province Center for Disease Control were positive for SARS-CoV-2. Currently, patients are isolated and treated at Cam Ranh Regional General Hospital.

– DISEASE 1294 (BN1294): male, 28 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province.
– DISEASE 1295 (BN1295): female, 34 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Yen Dinh district, Thanh Hoa province.
– DISEASE 1296 (BN1296): male, 36 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Tan Ky district, Nghe An province.
On November 7, BN1291-1296 from Germany transited through Romania and entered Tan Son Nhat Airport on flight VN82 on November 8, isolated in Ho Chi Minh City immediately after entry.
The test results were negative 10-11 times a day; Taking samples for the second time on November 16, test results on November 17 at the Center for Disease Control at HCMC were positive for SARS-CoV-2. Currently, patients are isolated and treated at the Cu Chi Field Hospital.
– DISEASE 1297 (BN1297): female, 46 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Le Chan District, Hai Phong City.
– DISEASE 1298 (BN1298): male, 32 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province.
– DISEASE 1299 (BN1299): male, 19 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Go Vap district, Ho Chi Minh city.
– DISEASE 1300 (BN1300): male, 16 years old, Vietnamese nationality, domicile in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.
On November 16, BN1297-1300 from Canada entered Van Don Airport on flight VN5028, isolated in Hai Duong province just after entry.
Sampling on November 17, test results on November 18 at the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology positive for SAR-CoV-2. Currently, patients are in isolation and treated at Hai Duong Tropical Diseases Hospital.
With 12 new patients, Vietnam has recorded a total of 1,300 COVID-19 cases since the start of the outbreak. Of these, 1,124 people recovered and were discharged from the hospital.
