According to the investigation documents, the owner of the house where Kien was hiding is also a drug addict and shows signs of illegal drug trafficking.
To identify Kien’s hiding place, through social relations review, the Criminal Police Division, Bac Ninh Province Police divided many check points into provinces such as Hanoi, Lang Son, Hai Duong … Because the subject who had 3 criminal convictions was in the category of drug addiction and drug trafficking, the verification and arrest process faced many difficulties and hardships.

Early this morning, Dang Trung Kien was transferred from Hanoi to the Criminal Police Department, Bac Ninh Provincial Police to combat and clarify the criminal acts.
Earlier, police in Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province, prosecuted a criminal case, urgently arrested Dang Trung Kien to investigate a series of acts including “illegal storage of narcotics”; “Mistreating or torturing grandparents, parents, spouses, children, grandchildren or people with meritorious service to them” and “Against executing public duty.”
The incident was discovered by the competent forces on September 5 when Ms. LTH, born in 1942, in Tan Lap neighborhood, Dinh Bang neighborhood, announced that she heard the screams, asking for help from her grandson, DA. 2014 (Dang Trung Kien’s daughter). Immediately after that, the Tu Son city police together with the local authorities rushed to the scene to verify the incident. After many hours of unsuccessful persuasion, around 6:00 PM on the same day, the police broke into the house and discovered that Kien’s girlfriend, Le Thi Nuong, was holding D.NA in bed. Immediately, the task force checked on Niang, successfully rescued the baby, and quickly rushed to the hospital. After being examined, D.NA had many injuries, bruises on her body and broke her arm.
Conducting a search at Kien’s home, the police force seized around 7.7g of drugs of all kinds and many exhibits related to DNA violence.
During the detention process of Kien’s subject, the police department collected a K59 pistol with 1 box of 7 bullets, of which 1 was loaded in the barrel; 1 external ammo kit has 7 bullets, 2 knives, 1 pound of microglass, and approximately 1.007 g of synthetic drugs.
According to the investigation documents, Kien has a long criminal record, regularly uses methamphetamine and shows signs of illegal drug trafficking.
