According to the Prosecution, in the case of the defendants Tuan is the mastermind of the main role, Lan Anh actively co-committed.
Although at trial, Lan Anh did not admit to needing a needle in M’s hand, but it was clear from the autopsy that the defendant did this.
The defendants in the investigative agency sincerely admitted the criminal acts, but in court the defendants did not admit the criminal acts. The defendants even blamed Ms. Vu Thi Du and pleaded not guilty.
