According to initial information, around 7 am 11-11, when opening the store on the first floor, CT3 building CX3 urban area of Bac Linh dam (Bang Liet, Hoang Liet district, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi city), a man panicked when he discovered that the young man had died in the pose Strung up at home. The victim was identified as T. (21 years old, resident of Dan Phuong district, Hanoi city). T. is a store clerk and lives here.

A resident close to the scene of the incident said that according to a close friend of the victim, on the night of November 10, Mr. T. sent a text message and said goodbye.
However, due to late-night texting, this person had gone to bed until this morning to read it. When we went to the store, everything happened.
The victim just worked at the store not long ago. After completing the scene inspection procedures, the law enforcement agency handed over the victim’s body to family members to deal with the incident.
Currently, the cause of death of Mr. T. is still being investigated to clarify it.
