Ha TinhMr. Nguyen Huu Tu, 46, was fined more than 46 million VND for failing to obey the alcohol measurement and using an expired driver’s license.
The decision to sanction Mr. Tu was signed by Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee Vice Chairman Nguyen Hong Linh on January 13. In addition to the two previous mistakes, Mr. Tu also committed another violation Operating a vehicle to change lanes in contravention of the regulations, causing traffic accidents.
Around 9:00 pm on December 10, 2020, driver Tu was driving a Fortuner car on National Highway 1A in a north-south direction, towards Residential Group 9, Thach Ha City (Thach Ha District), had a collision with a marine truck. Nghe An is driven by driver Hoang Ngoc Nam, 39, in the same direction.

Authorities alleged that the male driver at the time “showed signs of being drunk, said he was not involved in the accident, repeatedly displayed a defiant and uncooperative attitude when asked to measure alcohol concentration.”
When he was awake, the driver Tu told the police that it was related to the accident, the lack of cooperation with the police for “drinking drunk, not being able to control himself.”
