Ms. Trang calculated: “55 classes with 2,500 students. Each layer is divided into 2, so there are 110 layers. Right now, there are only 22 students in each class, but they have to sit down to make sure it’s 1m. ”

To guarantee the psychology of the students, separate classes will be organized in adjacent classrooms.

The most difficult thing is the teacher and the schedule.

Le Quy Don High School has 100 permanent teachers. In recent months, teachers still receive a salary according to the regime. But some of the housewives and supervisors have been simplified. Looking back on the months of online teaching, the principal said it had gone very well. “We teach all subjects. Make sure your hours are the same as always. Each lesson is 45 minutes. To assure teachers, the school continues to organize shift shifts. The ninth grade morning begins at 7:15 a.m. and sixth grade at 8 a.m. The same is true for students in grades 7-8 in the afternoon.

Regarding the subject, the intensive English classes are divided into half classes in 2-4-5, the other half classes in 2-4-6. This week, half of this class will study and next week, half will learn. Teacher arrangements do not change that class.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Van, Deputy Director-in-Charge for Professional Affairs, added: “We met with department heads to organize topics for each topic at the end of the second semester by June 30. In these 6 weeks, teachers will teach face-to-face with online teaching. ”

To further illustrate, Ms. Van cited: Math, which has 4 lessons per week, now teaches 2 periods at school and 2 periods online. The subjects of Music, Fine Arts, Gymnastics … previously the teachers had around 20 lessons / week, now they divide up to 40 periods, so they also have to teach online.

“Although we divided the class, we calculated that in the ninth and sixth grade classes in the morning, the teacher also taught in the morning. In the afternoon, the home teachers who taught online had a break and the end of the program, ”said Van.

Online teaching is in order

The most stressful, according to Ms. Van, with 110 new classes, had to calculate 110 different schedules.

If you choose to do well for administrators, the difficult part for teachers and students is only half the students in the morning school, the other half study in the afternoon with a schedule.

70-75% of the students at Le Quy Don High School are quite competent. Parents are also highly qualified people, so they must be well educated at home. This is the motivation for teachers to teach methodically and seriously.
