Mr. Nguyen Hong Phuong (Thach Trung Commune), who witnessed the accident, said: “When Mr. P. was on the pole to pull the cable, the broken foundation caused the electric pole to fall, dragging it down. “Because he was wearing protective gear attached to the pole, the victim was unable to jump and be pinned to it.”
This person also thinks that the quality of the works is problematic and needs clarification.
