Meanwhile, the consortium of contractors suggested that by April 15, if construction is not resumed, the site will be disbanded.
In particular, the specialized equipment for construction, which is the lifting platform, will be transferred to the construction site in Singapore, while the cable-stayed equipment will be transferred to South Africa …
For this reason, the investor proposes to the Popular Committee of the City that it soon have solutions to face the difficulties in the legal procedures. Specifically, pay BT’s contract and complete site cleanup to continue construction of the items required by the contractor, such as the bridge tower, install the girders to S1, and stretch the remaining flanges.
