Canada has also asked localities to stop administering AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccines to people under the age of 55, pending further analysis of the benefits and risks of the vaccine based on age and gender.

Vietnam also received 811,200 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine produced by AstraZeneca through the COVAX mechanism on April 1. These vaccines will be coordinated by the Ministry of Health and distributed to the localities to organize the vaccination in April.
