According to the Government’s proposal, the Chairman of the Legal Committee, Hoang Thanh Tung, said that in the salary scale system, there are currently no regulations on salaries, benefits and policies for the title of professional commissioner, responsibility on the board of the Popular Council. The draft of equivalent titles and positions from the Central to the base level and the draft of the Salary Reform Scheme, which is being prepared by the Central Organizing Committee, has not yet had a regulation on the position and salary for this title. Congress has three new vice presidents

They are: Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Homeland Front; Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai, Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh, Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee. 455/456 NE were present approved to approve a resolution on the election of 3 vice-presidents of this National Assembly.
