The identity of the person who was assaulted in the clip was later identified as NQV. Through the investigation, the law enforcement agency identified those who appeared in the clip who resided primarily in Vinh City, Nghe An; A recorded clip was identified in the Vinh City, Nghe An area. Colonel Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Nghe An Province Police, said the people involved were arrested. Vinh city police invited V. and relatives to clarify the incident.
