The vehicle can carry 2 people and has a load capacity of 17.9 tons. The vehicles were last inspected on October 29, 2020 at the 3606D Thanh Hoa Motor Vehicle Registration Center, with inspection limits until October 28, 2021.

Yen Dinh, Thanh Hoa).

Thanh Hoa provincial police and functional units are investigating and clarifying the cause of the accident.
