The ceremony was also attended by numerous delegates, former secretary of the First Secretariat, former secretary of the Central Youth Union; members of the Permanent Committee, members of the Executive Committee, leaders of the departments and dependent units of the Central Youth Union, Secretaries of provinces, cities and delegations in different periods of time; Typical union leaders and union members received noble awards from the Youth Union along with more than 1,000 union members and youth.
