At approximately 1 p.m. on March 16, on the Western Highway of Binh Dinh Province in Room 6, Tam Quan District, Hoai Nhon City, there was an accident that caused the death of Nguyen Quan Chuong (29 years) and his wife was sister Huynh Thi Dam was seriously injured.

Initially, prior to the incident, Mr. Nguyen Quan Chuong was driving BKS 77A-180.02, carrying his friend Ngo Truong Du (22 years old; resident of Hoai Phu Commune, Hoai Nhon City) to drink at a sidewalk shop of the mentioned area. At around one in the morning the same day, when Chuong and his friends were about to continue doing “doubles” at karaoke, his wife, Huynh Thi Dam, went on a motorcycle to stop the car and refused to let him go.

Frustrated, Mr. Chuong collided directly with his wife, causing the motorcycle to fall on top of Dam. Without stopping there, Mr. Chuong continued to get out of the car and hit his wife.

Meanwhile, seeing his wife’s motorcycle near the front of their car, even without a driver’s license, Ngo Truong Du still got into the rear-wheel drive car. However, after that, for some reason, the car suddenly rushed forward, Chuong died, and Ms. Dam was seriously injured.
