The Hanoi Health Department registered two other positive cases for nCoV on the morning of February 14, the 58-year-old mother and the 8-year-old daughter of “patient 2142”.
Both cases coexist with “patient 2142”. The Ministry of Health has not issued them a patient code, so they are still considered suspicious cases.
“Patient 2142” was diagnosed with Covid-19 on February 12, female, born in 1998, worker at Z153 factory – Department of Technology, Ministry of Defense (Dong Anh district).
“Patient 2142” is F1 of “Patient 1694” (male, 40, from Phuc Dien Street, Group 1, Xuan Phuong Ward, Nam Tu Liem District) and “Sick 1695” (Male, 34, Dong Also District He is a Z153 factory worker).
This patient was concentrated in isolation in the B59 Infantry Regiment since January 30, since he once tested negative. On February 11, the Hanoi Center for Disease Control (CDC) took samples from the patient for a second test, with positive results. “Patient 2142” is being treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases 2.
Thus, on the morning of February 14, Hanoi registered 32 positive cases (30 cases announced by the Ministry of Health), of which 13 cases were in the Nam Tu Liem district, 5 cases in the Cau Giay district, 5 in the eastern districts. Anh, 5 Me Linh districts, 2 in Hai Ba Trung district, a Dong Da district, and a Hung Yen case were calculated for Hanoi by the Ministry of Health for testing at Hanoi Central Lung Hospital.
On the afternoon of February 13, the Health Ministry declared that the epidemic situation in Hanoi has basically been under control until now and continues to urgently track suspicious and high-risk groups.
Hanoi has mobilized 10,000 community teams to fight the epidemic, who continue to “walk down the lane, knock house to house and examine every object” to find all the pieces of the epidemiological puzzle in the community.
