On the morning of February 10, information from the police investigation and the Binh Phuoc Province Police Agency said they were cooperating with Hon Quan District Police to examine the scene and examine the body to investigate the murder that occurred in the commune of Phuoc. Two victims were identified as Tran Kim Phuong (65 years old) and her daughter Pham Thi Phuc Hung (30 years old) who lived in the village of Tong Cui Lon, Phuoc An commune.

Initially, around 4:30 pm on February 9, some neighbors heard loud screams emanating from Ms. Tran Kim Phuong’s home, so they hurried.
Everyone was horrified when they witnessed the image of the mother and daughter of Ms. Phuong and Ms. Phuc Hung lying motionless in a pool of blood on the floor of the house.
At the scene, Ms. Phuc Hung died in the middle of the house with serious injuries all over her body. Ms. Phuong, with many similar serious injuries, was still breathing, so she was rushed to the emergency room. However, because the injury was too severe, the victim also died shortly after in hospital.
“Initially, the investigating agency judged that it was a particularly serious homicide. The human body was found lying on its back in the center of the house, bleeding heavily around the body with many serious injuries, possibly from the impact of hard objects caused, the victim wore a blue shirt, pants. And the mother died with many similar serious injuries “- said an investigator.
