According to the Ministry of Health, 4 members of the Tan Son Nhat airport baggage loading team are the last 4 patients (patients 2002-2005), who are community cases in Ho Chi Minh City. Specifically:

Case 2002 (patient 2002): male, 41 years old, residing in ward 15, Tan Binh district, HCMC;

Case 2003 (patient 2003): male, 30 years old, living in the Trung My Tay ward, district 12, HCMC;

Case 2004 (patient 2004): male, 28 years old, residing in Thanh Loc ward, district 12, HCMC;

Case 2005 (patient 2005): male, 32 years old, located in the Nguyen Cu Trinh ward, district 1, HCMC.

The above patients are the loading and unloading personnel, luggage at Tan Son Nhat airport, who share the same equipment with the patient in 1979, communicate with each other, work without contact with passengers.

Currently, 4 patients are isolated and treated at the Cu Chi Field Hospital.

With 4 new cases, Vietnam recorded 2005 cases since the beginning of the outbreak.

According to the report of the Treatment Subcommittee, the National Steering Committee for the prevention and control of the epidemic, COVID-19, so far our country has cured 1,472 patients with COVID-19.

Among COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment, 17 were negative in the first test, 6 cases were negative a second time, and three were negative a third time.

In particular, patient 1536 (currently in treatment at Da Nang Lung Hospital) has made serious progress. This patient came from the United States, was an elderly adult, had a history of hypertension and diabetes for many years.
