According to the Ministry of Health, 16 new cases (patients 1986 – 2001) are all community cases. The other case (patient 2,001) was F1 of patient 1,711, related to the outbreak of Le Ninh commune, Kinh Mon district (Hai Duong province), concentrated in isolation on January 29, the test results. 1 day 30-1 negative for SARS-CoV-2, test result 2 days 7-2 positive for SARS-CoV-2.
Currently, the patient is in isolation and treated at Hai Duong University of Medical Technology Field Hospital.
With 16 new cases, Vietnam has surpassed 2,000 COVID-19 cases since the start of the outbreak, but the new cases appearing today have all been quarantined, but no new outbreak has appeared.

In Da Nang, the most serious case of 1536, ECMO (cardiopulmonary external body) is still used, but experts appreciate that the hospital has implemented the correct treatment strategy, although the patient’s condition remains very serious.
